Production is expected to begin Q4 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Luigi Fusi, Loop Energy Vice President of Sales and Business Development EMEAR, said, \u201cSpecial-purpose vehicles like fire trucks have their unique challenges when it comes to electrification.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-97249 alignright lazy img-lazy lazy lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.h2-view.com\/cdn-cgi\/image\/width=320,height=257,fit=cover,quality=75,metadata=none,format=auto,gravity=auto\/https:\/\/www.h2-view.com\/wp-content\/files\/Loop-fuelcell-t505-300x241-1.png\" sizes=\"(max-width: 320px) 100vw, 320px\" srcset=\"\/cdn-cgi\/image\/width=640,height=514,fit=cover,quality=75,metadata=none,format=auto,gravity=auto\/https:\/\/www.h2-view.com\/wp-content\/files\/Loop-fuelcell-t505-300x241-1.png 2x\" width=\"320\" height=\"257\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"gws-ad gws-ad-story\" data-pos=\"0.3\"><\/div>\n<p>\u201cFuel efficiency and storage capacity play a critical role in determining range of the vehicle and its ability to operate longer without the need to refuel, which are critical as these vehicles are designed to service many mission-critical situations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This announcement ensures Loop Energy introduction into the market of special-purpose vehicles, presenting a significant opportunity for electrification through hydrogen fuel cells.
