For the conclusion of a distance contract between “Hydrogen equipment EOOD” (called for short HHO Bulgaria and/or hho-bulgaria.com) and a customer (client).
For all disputes arising in connection with and from the conclusion of distance contracts between a customer and “Hydrogen Equipment EOOD” (HHO Bulgaria, hho-bulgaria.com) for electronic and other commerce, the following general conditions apply in their current version at the time of the conclusion of the contract, here in after referred to as general conditions or general conditions.

being a “Supplier” under the PPE on the one hand. And a client (customer), on the other hand.
SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
After winning an auction organized by HHO Bulgaria, the customer places an order for the delivery of products subject to the auction. HHO Bulgaria sells and delivers to the customer the products ordered by him. Payment is made by credit or debit card, cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
The contract is considered concluded from the moment the customer accepts the terms of the transaction proposed by HHO Bulgaria and places an order by phone or at the email address email@example.com. The customer waives the express confirmation of acceptance of the order by HHO Bulgaria.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, both via the Internet and on the order phone +359 897 23 01 03. Upon delivery of the product subject to the contract, the customer confirms its authenticity and that he has received the information under Article 54 of the PPE in writing and confirms his agreement with the general terms and conditions of HHO Bulgaria by signing the bill of lading with which the delivery is made.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The customer can pay the announced price only in Bulgarian leva. This is the price that appears as the offer (proposal to the customer at what price he can buy the product presented on the site) after the confirmation by the “Supplier” of the e-mail address of the “Customer”, in a telephone conversation or in another way. Payment can be made by cash on delivery, by debit or credit card or by bank transfer. The price of the online offer at the time of ordering includes the price of the goods, as well as the value of the insurance and charged VAT if due. In addition, the customer must pay the cost of all additional services, such as packaging, shipping and delivery costs to the specified address. The price of the additional services is specified in the proforma invoice received at the client’s email address.
When paying with a debit or credit card over the Internet or in another way, the contract is considered concluded immediately after the transaction is completed or when HHO Bulgaria receives a letter by email, accepts an order by phone or in any other way. When submitting an order from a customer who pays with a credit or debit card, it is desirable to provide an invoice for the return of the transaction amount, subject to the customer’s rights, according to the PPE and Article 53 of the PPE.
DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS
Delivery is made by courier service to the address specified by the customer during the order submission or to the post office at the address specified by the customer.
The maximum delivery time is up to 30 working days.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
If, after receiving the order, HHO Bulgaria finds that the ordered goods are not in stock or for some reason cannot be delivered, HHO Bulgaria can offer goods of equal quality and price or not accept the customer’s order.
The offer of substitute delivery or the notice of non-acceptance of the customer’s order should be made as soon as possible after receipt of the customer’s order. In case of payment already made for a product that the customer has ordered but is not in stock or whose delivery cannot be carried out, HHO Bulgaria shall refund the payment to the customer within 30 days of receiving the order.
HHO Bulgaria guarantees that the goods it delivers to the user’s order have all the qualities that are mentioned in the presentation on the Internet and it is considered that the delivery of goods with these parameters has been agreed. Immediately after receiving the goods, the customer should check for inconsistencies according to Art. 122 of the PPE. In the event that there are discrepancies, the customer should make a written complaint about them in accordance with Article 125 of the PPE.
In the event of the appearance of hidden defects and omissions, a complaint should be made in writing, after their establishment within the period according to Art. 126 of the PPE, which begins to run from the day of receipt of the goods. In case of incomplete delivery, HHO Bulgaria shall immediately deliver the missing products. In other cases, HHO Bulgaria has the right to either repair the defective part or send a new product.
If a re-repair is not successful or the replacement delivery is again unsatisfactory, the customer is entitled to either a discount on the purchase price or to withdraw from the contract.
The warranty cannot be accepted for defects caused by its normal wear and tear, inappropriate use of the product or by the customer’s loading beyond normal, as well as non-observance of the instructions for use.
The user has the right within 7 working days according to Art. 55 of the PPE to withdraw from the distance sales contract concluded with HHO Bulgaria. This term begins to run from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer, and the date of sending them back to HHO Bulgaria applies to compliance with the term.
In order to exercise the user’s right according to Article 55 of the ZPA, the following conditions must be met – the user must state in writing his desire to withdraw from the contract and specify a bank account in order to pay the amount already paid by him, comply with the general conditions, that the integrity of the product’s factory packaging has not been violated, that the product has not been damaged or used, and that the customer has paid the transport or other costs for the return of the product. The customer is responsible for the shipment and its documentation until it is received by the “Supplier”. If the customer has returned the goods in time and in accordance with the general conditions for, HHO Bulgaria should return the already paid purchase price within 30 days without the costs incurred for additional services.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
All your personal data necessary for the conclusion of the transaction and its execution are processed strictly confidentially and are provided only to persons related to the delivery.
The customer should install the hydrogen generator in the presence of a competent person. Otherwise, there is a risk of vehicle damage.
- Hydrogen is highly explosive.
- Be especially careful when using the Water Cell.
- Keep away from open fire.
- Do not touch and do not stand nearby during work.
- When purchasing a hydrogen generator, the buyer assumes full responsibility for all damage and harm that may be caused during installation or operation of the system.
- HHO Bulgaria does not assume responsibility for any damages or damages and is not bound by specific fuel savings! The savings that can be achieved when using a Brown Gas Generator are the result of quality installation and adjustment of the system and operation according to the “SUPPLIED” Instructions.
Bulgarian law applies to legal and commercial relations between HHO Bulgaria and customers.
